This is a scanned copy of a 1903 complaint letter sent to the Mayor of Garrett Park. In the letter, Mr. Turley Coburn complains about Mr. [Hart] Momsen's chickens. Momsen was the father of Charles Momsen, inventor of the Momsen lung and diving bell, devices used in submarine rescues.
