This scrapbook includes pages of the Town's past gleamed from residents and contributors George and Norah Payne's personal collection of newspaper clippings, articles, letters, documents, maps, photographs, and files from the Town's own newspaper, Garret Bugle. Their collection became the basis of the Town's archive.
