This collection includes documents and records related to the history and architectural features of the Penn Place building and the large renovation project that was initiated in 2002 and completed in 2004. The collection includes correspondence, drawings, proposals, photographs, and ephemera from the project. It also includes copies of some official town records Schwartz received as a member of a citizen advisory committee. This collection has been minimally processed.
