This collection includes materials related to the histories and architectural features of Garrett Park’s older and architecturally significant residences and buildings (including the Town Hall and Penn Place). The collection includes correspondence, drawings, photocopies of land records and deeds, photocopies of building permits, interior and exterior photographs, and Schwartz’s notes about the properties and their early owners, which she prepared for house tours. This collection has been minimally processed.
